Joy Perfumes It offers a wide range of perfumery and cosmetic products. All products are original and are supplied in their original packaging.
4. Prices and payments
- The prices indicated on the site include VAT.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Wire transfer
- PayPal
5. Shipping
- Italia: Free shipping on orders over €75. For lower orders, the shipping cost is €8.00
- Delivery times: 3-7 working days.
- Estero: Costs on checkout or cart will be calculated before payment.
- If not you will choose to ensure the perfumery will not guarantee any partial or total refund for its shipment.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by 14 days from the delivery of the products.
Methods of exercising withdrawal:

- Communication must include:
- Explicit declaration of withdrawal.
- Number and copy of the purchase document.
- Description and codes of the products to be returned.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, not used or damaged.
- The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
- The refund, excluding shipping costs (€8,00), will be carried out by 14 days from receipt of the communication of withdrawal.
