Joy Perfumes It offers a wide range of perfumery and cosmetic products. All products are original and are supplied in their original packaging.

4. Prices and payments

• The prices indicated on the site include VAT.

5. Shipping

• Italia: Free shipping for orders over € 69. For lower orders, The shipping cost is € 6.90.
• Delivery times: 3-7 working days.
• Estero: Costs on checkout or cart will be calculated before payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by 14 days from the delivery of the products.

  • Description and codes of the products to be returned.
• The product must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, not used or damaged.
• The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
• The refund, excluding shipping costs (€8,00), will be carried out by 14 days from receipt of the communication of withdrawal.
